    With over 15 years of experience in high-stakes engineering and operations management, I have driven significant business growth and managed complex projects across various industries. Notably within the exec team increasing busines turnover from 7 to 8 figures, delivering multiple complex R&D / Production programmes and winning multiple Formula 1 world championships. My expertise includes exec management of key business functions, implementing comprehensive systems, creating and leading teams / business functions from infancy to maturity. I have successfully directed high-profile projects for a range of Automotive and Motorsport OEM's. Additionally, I have overseen facility expansions, pandemic business management and legal compliance engaging with stakeholders on budgets, risk mitigation, and future stratergy development. 


    My academic credentials include a 1st class BEng (Hons.) in Motorsport Engineering and Design and acreditation via ThePowerMBA in 2021.
